Customer Charter
Here at Technology Leasing we have a very simple approach to business and customer service. Above all else, we feel the basis of any relationship is honesty and openness. Layers of management and bureaucracy between you and someone who can make a decision (other than underwriting of course!) simply don’t exist here.
This customer charter is a written expression of the values we uphold and the promises we make; you may find this especially important if you haven’t decided to call us yet.
If you feel that we ever break (or bend) these promises, we will do everything in our power to resolve the problem – whatever the cost.
- We will always act in an ethical and honest manner.
- We will never sell any information provided by you.
- We will never share your information with third parties except for the purposes of obtaining finance.
- We will process all applications in a professional and efficient manner – keeping you informed at every stage.
- When dealing with your customers, we will treat them with the same importance and respect, as if they were our own.
- We will never charge you for “consultancy”; our revenue is generated entirely by successful completion of financial agreements.
- We will always be upfront and provide realistic timescales for documentation processing.
- We keep our promises.
